I have recently written a letter in Rofasss where I discuss a big problem with the current ABM literature; at least, the one focusing on psycho-social effects. The main idea is that 99% of people in this field see ABM as a theoretic field. Therefore, whoever tries to develop empirical work faces some serious issues, as their work is still evaluated as a theoretical one.
